Prepare to hit the court with our Netball Preseason Training programme! This dynamic class is designed for players of all ages and abilities, whether you are an academy athlete or just starting your netball journey. The programme aims to enhance your skills, improve your fitness, and gain a competitive edge for the upcoming season. Through a combination of speed and agility drills, footwork training, and specialised ball skills exercises, participants will develop the fundamental abilities necessary to excel in netball.

Both academy members and newcomers, are warmly welcomed! . Please ensure you book onto the correct age class, as we have designated courts for each age group to ensure a focused and effective training experience.
